Researching Organisational Psychology Affiliated Curtin Appointed 2020
Dr Micah Wilson’s research focuses on predicting the time course of mental fatigue and well-being of people working in demanding workplaces, and understanding the crucial role of workplace and interpersonal factors.
Her research will be conducted at Curtin University’s Future of Work Institute, under guidance of Prof. Mark Griffin and ARC Laureate Prof. Sharon Parker.
Micah completed her PhD at the University of Western Australia with Prof. Shayne Loft, and studied the disruptive effects of interruptions on individuals’ memory ability in simulated air traffic control. She has worked at the Future of Work Institute since it launched in July 2018.
